EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The main concern of the given report is to determine the synergy as well as the importance of
the aspect of organisational behaviour in the concern of maintaining the brand image as well
as loyalty of any business organisation. In this connection, the report also studies an article
named as Inside Toxic gadget Junkyards, in the concern of understanding the harm the toxic
waste causes to the workers around the world in the concern of breaking down the wastages.
In this context, the given report examined that the harmful wastages produces the toxic
particles of mercury as well as lead. This toxic particles are known to harm the health
conditions of the workers in a drastic manner as it is known to cause severe diseases and
poisonous to them. Concerning to this, it was examined that the aspect of organisational
behaviour is highly significant in the concern of managing the wastages that are produced out
of the industries and the business firms in the context of running the daily business
transactions. This is because the synergy of organisational behaviour helps the business
entities to study the job role behaviour of the employees and make the necessary changes that
would help remove the negativity from the behaviour of the employees and ensure a positive
response of work from them. Receiving a positive response from the employees will help the
organisation achieve the desired set of goals and objectives regarding the concern of
managing its legal and environmental factors and responsibilities. The report also examined
and stated the strategical recommendations that would help a productive business entity to
improve the synergy of its organisational behaviour. In this concern, the findings of the report
show that increment in the employee engagement activities will help in increasing the
efficiency of work of the employees and gel along with one another and therefore increase
their communication skills which will help them work with better interest and zeal as a team.
Moreover, it was also undermined by the report that building an effective business
relationship with the connected stakeholders as well as examining the strategical

implementations of the peer competitors will help the organisation to determine the gap that

society belief that the organisation is concerned about the health and safety of the common
people will help in the increase in the level of the corporate social responsibility undertaken
by any productive business entity.
