Objective of the company
After going through the objective of Toyota it has been identified that main objective of the
company in current scenario is improve the level of customer satisfaction in the organization as
organization has gone through a very lean patch due to bad quality of the product.
Different barrier to change and operational shortfall
After going through the operation of Toyota it has been identified that the biggest barrier
which are seen at the time of change management is employee resistance, as Toyota is having a
very big customer base in the organization and all the employee used to have different thought
about different changes which some time used to stand as a barrier to get their support.
Looking at the operational shortfall of the company it has been find out that in the recent time the
organization has to face the issue related to degradation of the quality of the product, this has
resulted in operational short fall of the company in the long run as a result organization has call
all the product of the company from the market and recheck all the product. This has resulted in
operation downfall.
Ways to improve same
*For overcoming the variety of the barrier related to change management and operation downfall
in the organization meeting was done with the variety of the senior authority in the organization
and specific departmental head in the organization. In the meeting HR head and manufacturing
head and different stakeholder were invited and variety of the different opinion which were
passed on by the different head in the organization. There are two opinion which was liked by
almost all the party in the meeting. Both the opinion are as follows:
Motivation and Training: It is the opinion which was passed on by the HR department of
the company, they has highlighted that motivating different employee in the organization will
help the company in reducing the amount of the employee resistance in the organization.
Organization highlights that this can be done in the organization by providing good sort of the
training to all the employee in regards of different skill set which will be require to carry out the

different operation of the business. This will also help the company in retaining the employee for
the longer period of time in the organization.
New technology and Innovation: At the same time other opinion which was passed on
by the manufacturing head in the organization was in regards of adopting the new technology in
the organization to check the quality of the product in the market. They has also passed on the
opinion that company current goal is to improve the customer satisfaction of the company in the
long, for the same reason organization has to make sure that they used to manufacture more
customer friendly product in the organization and bring new sort of the innovation in the
organization in doing the same in the market.
