Question 1:Where do you think you belong?
Question 2: What is critical for you to be an outstanding manager in the multicultural
environment?
Answer 1:
I think I fit to the process of evolving the interpersonal skills. I also belong to the
category of hardworking person. In the recent competitive business environment, it is true
that we manage our own life as well as career together. During the course of personal
management, I will learn more about the development of self-awareness that proved to be the
significant skill. It is rightly stated that hardworking has proved to be the significant element
for becoming a great performer. As per Hassanzadeh, Silong, Asmuni & Wahat (2015) the
characteristics and qualities linked with the good performer comes from the consistency and
determination. From the course, I have also noticed that efforts and dedication are most
important things that can turn a person into a hard working person. In order to increase the
ability of hard work, focus on one activity has proved to be the significant strategy. By
making my involvement in the process of development, I have to build my level of
competency in several areas. The competent areas include becoming interpersonal competent,
dynamic communicator, creating personal contact as well as becoming a higher performer.
Global all these areas are significant at the time of developing personal goal as well as
becoming a goof performer. It because these areas prove to be significant in order to work
upon several complex things. There are few people who only that good performance is
essential for a successful career. As a mentor of my own, I have learned that the combination
of outstanding performance, self confidence, personal impact, interpersonal communication,
and communications are few element of my success. However, there is not direct sort of
relationship between the several things and success in order to gain career objectives. For
transforming myself into a good performed, I need to give my concentration in identifying
the most significant objective (Caliendo, Fossen & Kritikos, 2014).I also have to take steps in
order to achieve the results. Being hardworking and self-competent, I am required to develop
