ABSTRACT
It has been found out that minimum wages helps to fulfil basic needs of the
workers. Minimum wage rate offers various benefits of employee's like improve the
motivation level, job satisfaction level etc. One of the major issue related with implementation of
the policies related with minimum wage is that it increases the labor cost for the company.
