AIM
The aim of the report is to bring forth the aspects that are listed in talent management like that of
costs and benefits that are dealt in an organisation as well as different outlines regarding time
scale, cost and prioritisation. Talent management is considered to be one of the essential factors
that is dealt in an organisation. When we not be able to define the fact if there is no proper
enhancement of organisational policies which are said to be occupying a great deal of
requirement in an organisation (Claus, 2019). Talent management is said to be one of the asset of
the organisation which can be dealt in the way that it is to be. It is defined to be one of the
anticipation that revolves around the human capital for the organisation. There are different
needs that are to be met in an organisation and that can only be done if a significant amount of
practitioner believes are applied on the organisation.
LEGAL REGULATION
Legal regulations are said to be an important aspect for every organisation that is dealing with its
operational activities. For a company like Tesco which is one of the largest retail in service and
the retailing services are composed of different regulations that are to be employed by the
organisation such that it will carry its activities and the better possible manner. The legal
regulations are the legal issues that well give rise to honour society issues with regard to the
organisation and that can be minimised if the organisation follows all the rules that are listed.
Some of the regulations that fall under the company Tesco will include the licences which are
provided upon the food and safety. Since Tesco retailer is also dealing with foods that there will
be a food safety regulation which is to ensure that the product containing food item will therefore
have to win over all the factors that are listed in its safety precautions (Pandita and Ray, 2018).
The organisation cannot handle food for our long time and the manufacturing as well as the
expiration of the food will have to be taken care about by the organisation. Legal regulations also
deal with the prospects of its employees. Employees will have to be treated in right manner in
organisation with all their legal profits being fulfilled. The employee regulations are those that
will revolve around their working hours as well as their compensation. Compensation is one of
the regulation that stands form and with regard to employees it is said to be one of the safety
measure which is followed by the legal entities of the organisation such that there will not be any
drawback and the fair compensation part. Legal factors will also relate to the licensing part
which is required for the organisation in terms of carrying its alcohol related products. The cost
