INTRODUCTIONManagement term is used and comes under administration of a company and in thissuperiors manage the entire working. For this, they make effective strategies so that employeescan work in coordination. I am a management student doing my MBA from XYZ University. Ichosen this field of study because working in a company in future requires management skillswhich will moreover assist me in performing my activities in an effective way. Purpose of mystudy is to analyse different situations or circumstances which can arise in business. As a result,it will make me prepare for future outcomes.RESEARCH METHODOLOGYA business environment requires various kinds of elements and factors such asorganisational behaviour, politics and various dynamics of business environment. I was an internin Metro Cash and Carry AG, for the duration of six months and there is get to know about mystrengths, weaknesses which are need to be improved so that better results can be gained. Otherthan this, it also aid me in knowing the opportunities which can be grabbed and threats that arerequired to be looked after in order to with effectively. There are naturally three process ofoccurring data and these are through conversation, e-mails, corporate artefacts which happenedon a regular basis etc., It is a saying that a person knows himself/herself better than others tellhim/her about their nature and behaviour. There are different sources from where we canevaluate our personality. For instance: while working in Metro Cash and Carry AG, which is aretail company looking at my work my manager told communicate with me and told me aboutmy strengths and weaknesses such as I am very good in interacting and making other peopleunderstand about the task they have to perform this is my strengths but along with this, my shorttempered behaviour was my negative point as when my team doesn't perform well than Isometimes become annoyed.Earlier doing self-assessment was not easier as people had to consult a counsellor in orderto know about the personality but now there are many tools and techniques from where anindividual can easily evaluate his strengths and weaknesses. Thus, for evaluating my strengths Iused Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tool which provided me with effective results about mystrengths and weaknesses.
