Managers need to do planning, controlling andmonitoring activities of entities in order to meet with the goal. Present study will discuss futureleadership requirements of CU London in order improve performance of business. Furthermore,it will describe effectiveness of management skills and impact of communication withinmanagerial context. It is essential that leader or manager of CULondon needs to have skills:Communication skill: It is considered as one of the most essential skills of manager.With the help of impressive coordination skill individual can be able to make othersaware with their responsibilities. This can support in understanding their needs andminimizing confusions in the workplace. Communication skill of Manager of CU Londonwill be support in communicating necessary information from one department to otherseasily and improving operations of the business (Hall and et.al, 2014). Motivational skills: It is another managerial skill that can support the firm inaccomplishing its objective soon. When people work monotonously then they needencouragement that can boost them.
