fulfil various objectives of an organisation. It consists of the capabilities for making sound

council that has created a new Artist enterprise hub and it has an aim of bolstering the creative
segment & using their potential (Beauvais, 2018). There has been a new management team
which is being made and the main purpose of report is to outline the importance of management
skills and its understanding in diversity. There will be further discussion of motivation
principles, problems solving and decision making taking part on organisations.
