INTRODUCTION
Management skills defined as a skill of individual with the help of which efficient
management of different type of task can be done in best effective manner. There is different
form of management skills like decision making, motivation, planning, communication, problem
solving etc (Grissom, Loeb and Mitani, 2015). All these skills are crucial to conduct activities
and functioning of organization in a formative manner. Present report has been conducted on
Newham London Council. It has been identified that this Council recently launched their new
Hub which is Artist Enterprise Hub. In this report formative discussion has been made on
effective management skill significance which is important for efficient and effective
management of artist hub. Along with this, report include benefits of diversity as they
significantly impact on management of issues within an organization that are mainly related to
culture, business, people and management. Lastly present report includes discussions on different
theories related to decision making motivation and problem solving activities.

It has been evaluated that effective management skill act as most essential element of an
organization as it allow entity to effectively fulfill their corporate goals in a well defined manner
(Mujtaba, 2013). This is essential for new Artist Enterprise Hub to undertake use of effective
management skill as it can impact on performance of organization in a positive manner. In this
entity is required to evaluate and determined number of management skills in order to manage
hub activities according to a set standard and fulfills goal and objectives in time effective
