INTRODUCTION
Management is an appropriate process for managing as well
as controlling whole activities of the business in effective
manner. It helps in attaining set goals and objectives. Along
with this manager also play vital role in assigning duties to
workers as per their capabilities which may leads in
enhancing their motivation level.

It is important for individual to improve all the negative and
weak points to develop their career. By this they become
more successful in their life. As a manager it is important
for me to improve my communication skills to effectively
interact with others.

Communication skills: It is important skill which helps in
in communicating with others. Effective interaction helps
in maintaining better elation with staff members. This
will leads in attaining set goals and objectives.

hotel, it is important duty of mine to solve all the issues
of workers and customers by communicating with them.
For this I find as well as provide better solution to
resolve problems in adequate manner.

which will aid in attaining entire goals and objectives.
