PART A- ASSESSMENT OF SKILLS
According to in-depth study of international business manager, it can be stated that
development of personal and professional skills is significant to consider. By having an
application of skills development program the individuals can have sustainable development.
There are two skills which are most essential to consider for continuous development (Friend and
Kohn, 2010). Management style and communication skills development is significant because it
assist in dealing with diverse aspects. By having an application of such measures the work
productivity can be advanced in desired manner.
Management Style
Manager establishes appropriate targets and yardsticks because it helps in sustainable
development of skills. Placement of decisions also need to be referred effectively as it improves
business development activities. The interpersonal skills help me in presenting various projects
and objectives. However, due to lack of confidence level I face issues in context to
communication skills (Klein, 2009). In addition to this, it can be stated by having an application
of diverse measures the issues can be overcome effectively. Along with this, my personal
experience also indicates that time management skills are well advanced. It offers can support to
management style application. With an assistance of such values the overall development might
be advanced in critical manner for sustainable development.
According to analysis of secondary sources, it can be stated that development of skills is
beneficial because it assist in meeting key goals and objectives. Managerial activities is
significant to consider because it assist in career growth. With an application of key measures the
person can have effective development of self-reputation in the organisation. Moreover,
advancement in productivity of employees is necessary to consider because it assist in improving
work efficiency (McKenna, 2014). The advancement in knowledge provides better job
opportunities and influences the chances of growth in present business entity. It increases the
income of an individual because he is providing better results as compared to other employees.
Communication Skills
According to me, there are various activities which need to be referred effectively so that
development can be taken into account. In this respect, individual need to focus on needs
identification process. It means regular basis interaction with employees is significant so that
needs can be identified. With an assistance of this, effective measures can be employed for
