IntroductionManagement is defined as an activity which includes managing people or operations within an enterprise. It is also considered as an act of getting thing done through others. In present scenario, due to increase in competition and continuous changing environment , managing the business or activities has become necessary. As an effective management system drive firm towards accomplishment of objectives and achievement of success.The objective of report is to understand the concept as well as importance of management system in context of Hilton Hotel. Project will include the description about thesome management style. It will also have focus on identifying the qualities of an effective leader.TASK 11.1 Comparing different management stylesA) Defining managementManagement is defined as the procedure of controlling the things , operations or activities of people act workplace. In addition to this process also includes planning, organising , direct and controlling the business functions. Management also involves the coordination of activities in order to drive firm towards achievement of business goals or targets. Autocratic management is defined as is a leadership style in which a leader has control on their decisions.
