TEAMWORK AND MOTIVATIONAL THEORIES ◦Belbin Theorycomprises the nine team roles of the behavioural attributes founded by Dr Meredith Belbin in reference to track the progress of the team. The nine roles are resource investigator, Team worker, Co- ordinator, Plant, Monitor Evaluator, Specialist, Shaper, Implementer and Completer Finisher. A team should have a proper balance of the nine above mentioned team roles This theory explains the role and pattern of behaviour which presents the behaviour of one person which promotes the progress of the whole team.
