Managerial skills
• Managers have technical skills to accomplish the task or
objective in effective manner.
• Human Skills of manager helps to manage the work with
employees or give support and motivation among employees
to get best output (Landmann, 2016).
• Managers having conceptual skills who thinks out of the box
which helps company to accomplish the objective in more
attractive ways.

 Personal Skills
 Honesty and seriousness of an individual helps
to garb the organization prospective.
 Critical thinking of personal skills helps
company to think different working approach.
 Flexibility in working in any situation helps
company to make energetic environment among
other employees.

4.2 Review career personal development needs,
current performance and future needs to produce
development plan.
• On the basis of mine weaknesses or threat I will need to learn
more technical skills and enhance the management concepts to
nourishing best effective opportunities.
• This helps to generate the best possible task which gives
effective working process. On the other side, I will need to
adopt some management workshops and classes to
improvisation of my management skills.
• This helps me to get overcome from weaknesses. This is the
best process of working in very effective manner (Seddon,
Fred and Amanullah, 2016).
