This assignment revolves around a breach of service agreement between Ergonomic Experts and Event Masters. The scenario starts with an email from HR Manager informing Tony Smith of Ergonomic Experts about the breach, where workers were visiting employees' houses uninvited. This led to an investigation and ultimately resulted in the termination of the audit services agreement by Event Masters.

they will not recruit employees directly or indirectly.
5. Termination
The contractor will maintain relationship with organization till the completion of task or till the
set date. Contractor shows agreement with the term in contract that they will not breach or
terminate contract without informing other party.
6. Obligations surviving termination of the contract
Both the parties especially contractor will have obligations to protect and preserve the
intellectual property , other warranties and confidential business information.
7. Contract management
Contract management will be based on the oral as well as written commitment by both the
parties. The changes in the contract can be made only through mutual consent.
