Developing a service agreement for each provider Service agreement can be defined as the agreement between two parties where anindividual agrees to provide particular service to other. Compensation The contractor will be provided with 2000$ per session which will be paid by company weeklyafter completion of each training session.4. Confidentiality and intellectual propertyAs per the terms and conditions agreed , both the parties in contract can not reveal or discloseeach other business information without taking permissions. In addition to this, both theorganization can not include the third party in contract. Termination The contractor will maintain relationship with organization till the completion of task or till theset date. Obligations surviving termination of the contractBoth the parties especially contractor will have obligations to protect and preserve theintellectual property , other warranties and confidential business information. 7. Contract managementContract management will be based on the oral as well as written commitment by both theparties. The changes in the contract can be made only through mutual consent.8. Terms in the agreement is designed considering the benefit of both the parties in contract.9. Governing legislation as well as principles of construction Service agreement for Ergonomic Experts This service agreement is made as well as entered into by the undersigned parties that is eventmaster (Company) and Ergonomic Experts (contractor).
