Edinburgh, Scotland UK. Offer different hospitality services to their customers. This report is
divided into two parts, first part involve, Discussion on the main factors of business is done
which should be consider by the small enterprise while planning for the resources allocation. In
context to the selected hospitality small business different process of CRM is going to be
consider in this report along with the study of different process of transnational development,

There are the various factors which should be consider during resources allocation for
goal achievement. Such as in order to achieve the business objectives they have to perform their
