all the employee get performed their work without getting faced the discrimination on the basis
of age, gender, religion, caste, race, community, background etc. Whereas, diversity is all about
to take the difference between the different personalities on the basis of their education,
experience, knowledge and skills as well. This report is based on Farmfoods that is the largest
supermarket chain in the British frozen food and it is based in the Cumbernauld, Scotland. It is
the company that has huge branches that get spread all around the UK as they are having the 300
stores. This report includes the project aim and objectives, project management plan and the
small scale research with the reflection.

barrier will get reduces. It helps the company to develop the different decision making that helps
to get over easily from the different aggressive competition that has been raised in the market. It
helps to make effective outcomes that help and support the business to make the achievable
profits by which the profit share will get enhanced and getting developed. It is the approach that
get developed the performance of the employee and help to generate the effective outcomes. As I
have contained the research in that used my academic knowledge that I have gained in my study
time and that helps me a lot to make the suitable understanding of all aspects. I also used the
interpersonal skills by which I try to make effective connection with the employee and that helps
to make the suitable changes and the better outcome of the project with more effectiveness and
useful sufficiency. When I have performed the project management plan there I use the different
factors as like cost, time, resource, quality with more appropriateness by which the work will
completed in time. I have used the Gantt chart and work breakdown structure by which the work
gets divided in different segments by which the affordability will get developed that is useful for
the project. I have made the questionnaire by which the effective communication will get
developed thus it is easy to collect more information. I have face some challenges by which to
make strong connection with employee is more important and it is difficult to match the relative
information. It helps to in future when I was conducted the research on relevant topic.
