It is veryimportant to promote equality and diversity as it helps in smooth functioning of organisation.Equality refers to ensuring that each and every employee have equal opportunities irrespective oftheir caste, culture, gender etc. Diversity can be define as a replacing difference of people andgroups with the positive values. In this research, chosen company is Louis Vuitton. This is aFrench multinational company which is dealing in fashion retail sector. Louis Vuitton wasestablished in 1854 and founder of this organisation is Louis Vuitton. Its headquarter is locatedin Paris, France and it is providing high quality luxury goods to different part of the world. Thisis one of the top brand of fashion industry. In this research includes detailed study about equalityand diversity as well as its current issues at the work place. It consist of response of sexualharassment issues in respective organisation. This research report include different methods tocollect and gather important information in order to conduct a proper investigation. researcher will require approx £250 and for effectively completing this project £300 willbe required. Resource- There are various resources which is required by researcher in order toconduct as a successful research project. Resources such as financial resources, differentassets, management tools and analytical tools etc. These resources will help in achievingdesired objectives. Time- It can be define as a time duration that is required to conduct all task in effectivemanner. It is very important to select right set of time duration in order to complete alltask as well as achieving all desired results. For completing all activities of this research,researcher will require approx 7 weeks of time frame. In order to completely finish thisproject, approx 3 months of time duration will be required. Quality- Quality can be define as a standard of research project. It is very important forresearcher to complete all task and activities with high quality in order to provide betterresearch project (Brown, 2013). Researcher have to collect various data and informationfor conducting research project in most effective manner. It is essential that collected datashould be appropriate as well as accurate as per the requirement of research. Risk- This is the component in project management plan which can affect research. Itincludes all those negative factor that can have adverse effect on project. For this researchproject researcher needs to collect information form various source. It include risk ofcollect wrong and inappropriate data which can effect the whole research project. Communication- This is one of the most important part of research and play a crucialrole in effective and efficient working of research project. For collecting information aswell as completing all activities of research in best possible manner, researcher needs tocommunicate with different people in order to collect appropriate information. Work breakdown structure is a process which divide large and complextask into small as well as manageable parts. It is in a form of tree hierarchical structure whichincludes various steps to complete large project in effective and efficient manner. By breakinglarge task into small part, it helps in enhancing productivity as well as achieving set targets andgoals. Work break down structure is an important tool which helps in creating independents taskwhich are easily measurable(Fageha and Aibinu, 2013).
