The questionnaire has been created by using to collect the information from using primary sources. Data has been analysed through making themes and interpretation. In regards to this, Cadbury believed in developing brands and making the positive working environment. company is based on the employee performance. Employee efficiency can be improved through motivating them with their job from creating a positive work environment. Cadbury focuses primarily on creating an inclusive working culture through the promotion of employee equality and diversity. Diversification assists Cadbury in retaining workforce of diverse backgrounds or identities which provide greater knowledge and insight combined with different competencies and practices. Shared knowledge and the working support of different background people helps understanding the various skills. In regards to this, equality and diversity practices helps in support the large number of people that assures workforce development and include competent workforce which can deal with challenges at workplace (Chen and Crown, 2019).

There are different strategies such as experiment, case study, survey, grounded theory etc. There has been survey used because it helps in give the answer about research questions related to specific subject (Kirton and Greene, 2015). Research choice-In an investigation, researcher need to use single technique for collection and analysis of data. There has been qualitative and quantitative techniques. In present research, qualitative has been used because it gives the detailed explanation regarding specific areas (Kulkarni and Gopakumar, 2014). Time horizons-Cross- sectional and longitudinal are two time horizons. In context to present research, cross sectional has been used because it considered the specific time in which research need to be completed (Kumar, 2019). Data collection and techniques-It is concerned with gathering data and information. Primary and secondary are two different data collection method. Sources to collect primary data are questionnaire, observation, focus groups etc. In this study, questionnaire has been developed to collect primary information. The secondary method has been used to collect data for conducting literature review (O'Neill, 2019). DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS On the basis of primary method Interpretation 1:It has been stated from above mention graph that equality and diversity is the main areas in an organisation. There are 27 respondents which said that they have better understanding regarding equality and diversity concept areas effectively. There are 3 other respondents which are not aware about it. Interpretation 2:There are 18 respondents which said that Equality and diversity develops positive impact on the productivity of Cadbury company because it brings innovation, higher productivity. On the other hand, 12 respondents are agree with the negative impact because it arises the conflicts at workplace because employees belong to different backgrounds and they do not have the understanding about each other feelings. Interpretation 3:As per the mention graph, there are 6 respondents which said that equality helps in promotes innovation at workplace because each employee will work together and give their opinions. There are 6 respondents which agree with the developing the positive working environment and each employee will work with the each other. According to 16 respondents that Equality and diversity helps in develop the positive working environment and all employees focus on attaining the specific objectives within given period of time. There are 8 respondents which said that equality and diversity aids in make improvement in performance level of staff members. Interpretation 4:Under this, there are 20 respondents and as per their opinion that diversity develops the negative impact on the performance level of the Cadbury employees because different country people have the perception and they do not aware about the culture of other country. There are 10 remaining respondents which said that diversity develops positive impact and it is one of the effective way of doing innovation at workplace. Interpretation 5:From mention graph, this has been stated that diversity develops negative impact in an organisation. There are 12 respondents which said that diversity creates the miscommunication among employees at workplace. 10 respondents said that through diversity, 17

As per opinion of 5 respondents that male and female employees should have the similar job and treated on equal basis so that they both can work together and focus on attain the positive outcomes. On the basis of 10 respondents that Cadbury should focus on retention of staff members.10 respondents said that management should give the diversity training to employees. 10 respondents are agree with giving flexibility in the working schedule. Interpretation 8: Under this, Cadbury company should focus on preventing the equality and diversity at workplace. There are 10 respondents which said that from removing the diversity, employee performance can be improved. There are 10 respondents agree with enhance creativity at workplace. Remaining 10 respondents are agree with increase productivity of Cadbury. Interpretation 9:There are 25 respondents which said that Cadbury can sustain the employees for long time period by removing diversity issues. On the other hand, there are 5 respondents which are disagree with this. On the basis of secondary method Equality and diversity It has been examined from the literature review part that equality and diversity develops positive impact on the employee performance and organisational growth. Under this, company treating the male and female equally so that issues can be prevent and also develop the positive 18

In context to this, employees negatively impact from this and their performance level goes down. Major reason to conduct an investigation is diversified workforce that is gaining the advantage of inclusion is trying to put more energy into integrating their experience with the others that will help improve employee performance. It consists contributing to equality in adding the new talents to the team, encouraging strategic creativity, helping to improve reputation etc. All these contribute to improving employees efficiency, as they remain thinking of new ideas and capabilities along with basic knowledge of a particular culture. Recommendations There are some recommendations given below: Under this, there is a need to Cadbury company to give training to employees so that diversity issue can be reduced. Management of Cadbury should communicate with employees to listen their issues and solve them. To prevent workplace from diversity issues, firm should implement Equal Pay Act 1970 so that all staff can be treated equally. Develop policies to treat male and female employees equally. 20
REFLECTIVE SUMMARY Present study is based on importance of equality and diversity on growth of organisation. I tried to perform all the research activities in a systematic manner. I used to identified the various tools and techniques for collection of data and analyse to check effectiveness. I used the qualitative method of research because it provides detailed information regarding specific subject area. I developed the questionnaire related to particular area for getting opinions of chosen respondents. Other than this, I faced some issues related to cost. I have limited amount of money to completeresearch activities.To overcomefrom the research, I developed the money management plan and divide the money according to activities. 21
