INTRODUCTION
The term talent management is explicated as a process through which organisation understand,
recognise and improve skill, talent and potential of individuals for formulating positive impact
within organisation. Talent management is an essential component of human resource
department and it is the responsibility of manager and leader at all levels for retaining and
managing talent in organisation. Motivation and training are the key components in a business
and industry for retaining workforce and accomplishing success in industry. This report is
written from Marriot hotel and it is one of the best-full service hotel that offers accommodation,
restaurant and leisure services to customers (Bacouël-Jentjens and Christiansen,2016).oreover,
this report will focus on objective, aim and project management plan of talent management
strategy. Small-scale research including primary and secondary methods is all include in the
upcoming report. In the last, reflection will be highlight in this report to understand own-learning
and performance that is gained from business objectives.
TASK
Project aim and objectives
With implement of talent management strategy an organisation generates effective policies,
plan and rules among organisation for performing all operations according to value, opinion and
view of engaged staff (Böhmer and Schinnenburg, 2016). It aids an organisation for increasing
commitment towards organisation and this improve company performance that is used to achieve
company goals in an efficient manner.

Objectives
To understand and analyse methods related with workforce talent management strategy.
For identifying methods and ways which is related with workforce talent for retaining

Project management plan
The term project management plan is a well-documented formal set of action and activities
which is used for monitoring, controlling and executing the project. This also aids an
organisation to determine all functions which is used for completion task within an efficient
manner. Moreover, this helps to determine essential components related with project steps for
obtaining desired output from organisation (Cappelli and Keller, 2017).
Cost- One of the most important component to complete a project and research is to
perform all functions with decided cost. It is used for carrying activities as well as
project for performing task in an efficient manner. This is also beneficial for designing
budget by which all project is completed with an estimated cost. It also helps in
performing all work with decided funds. Along with this the estimate cost for this
research project is £ 400 and this is used for travel, computer service and purchase of
other essential items that is required to complete research in an appropriate manner.
Time- One of the most essential perspective for completing the project is completion of
activities within decided time period. Researcher require more time to perform all
research actions in minimum time. This aids an investigator for completion of task with
no delay and also time perspective supports to perform research actions with a
systematic manner. The estimated time period for this research is two months and to
organise all research action work is divided within weeks.
Scope- The term scope determines and document the list of specific goals and objectives
and it aids individuals for performing all functions and operations related with project.
Talent management strategy define and demonstrate the scope for longer action and
activities by which work is managed with more efficiency because it aids management to
complete all work with engagement or involvement of human resources in organisation.
Moreover, researcher needs to determine the scope for performing all work by managing
and retaining skills of potential workforce in organisation for a longer period (Carter,
2018).
Quality- The quality perspective refers to results that is used to achieve from all project
activities with motive of generating positive outcomes from research. In order to obtain
meaningful conclusion from research of project activities researcher gather and collect

all information from authentic sources because it helps in completion of task according
to current market. It results that all information is obtained from perspective of gaining
results in order to obtain longer results such as increase in skills of individual workforce.
Communication- The term communication related with devices that is used for
completion of task by interacting with each other. One of the most important action that
is implemented by use of communication system is to generate effective coordination
among all activities (Collings, Mellahi and Cascio, 2017). This refers communication
system aids individuals in transfer of all information with a systematic approach.
Moreover, in context of talent management strategy communication is a key for
encouraging individuals for effective participation in company action to complete all
work in appropriate manner.
Risk- It relates with the contingency which take place at the time of performing different
project activities and it results that project is impacted due to different risk aspects. It
results that this leads to stoppage in different activities. Therefore, it is analysed by
management that by taking essential action this is easy to minimise risk for completing
all actions with more efficiency. It also defines that by complete of work with
monitoring and controlling risk perspective. This is easy to understand which barriers
impacts on quality of research.
Resources- There are different resources exists and it is required by researcher for
completing project with aim of generating meaningful conclusion from research.
Computer, mobile devices, team management, paper and printers etc. are some most
essential resources which is required by researcher for completing the research in
minimum time and decided budget (Cooke, 2017). In simple terms, resources play an
important role for completing research activities with decided steps.
Work-break structure and Gantt chart
Gantt chart- Each and every activity is assigned according to decided time-period it means
that all activities and project action are completed within decided time-period. This also refers all
efforts and rules that are implemented by individuals for completing project is demonstrate
according to decided chart action. This is also used by researcher to understand about
effectiveness of project activities in decided time-period for performing company action with

relevancies to complete project activities in an adequate manner.
