Diversity and equality both are considered as the pillar for the successful company e as it is useful in
allowing the workers to show their potential efforts towards the attainment of goals of organisation.
Equality defines offering equal treatment and opportunity to subordinates in relation with their job so
that they can get probable chance to prove their competencies. In order to perform this research Accor
hotel is considered which is a French multinational hospitality company that owns and manage its
franchise. It is a single largest hospitality company in Europe that relies on the sixth largest position.
This report put emphasis on the aims and objectives of Investigation.

Adoption of fair HR practises are recommended for Accor Hotel as it ensures more flexible and
fair recruitment and selection of individuals that lead to selection of employees from a
diversified culture and background thus, facilitates and ensures diverse and inclusive workforce.
Effective guidance and training for employees together with shared decision making is also
recommended for Accor hotels timely learning and training ensures better understanding and
collaboration in staff regarding different culture and individual.

By considering the above research it is analyse that management of business need timely e
investigation and developing most prominent and effective decision for the success and growth
of business. In relation with this the main aim of diversity and equality within the organisation is
to develop equal job opportunities for the each and every employee in order to create positive
working environment within the organisation. For this use of many prominent strategies are
done in order to develop diverse and inclusive workforce. The project management plan also
offer the instructions and framework for the on time completion of project and use of Gantt
chart and WBS are made in order to meet the time frames and prominent stages of project.
