In this project, discussion is going for similar company and represented thathow digital techniques are transforming their business. TASK 1P 1 Aims and objectives of projectEvery business gets started from the initial step which is to draw the business plan forconducting various organisation functions and operations. Their basic aim include to earn highprofitability and sustainable productivity level. Thus, before starting work on particular businessproject some aims and objectives must be formulated that will provide base and framework toalign all work process towards that particular direction only. The selected company of thisproject is ENSOFT which is famous for delivering quality software solutions to their customersand have expertise team members that contribute significantly in accomplishment of set mission.Company have to adopt various advanced and modern digital technology system, that has to beimplemented into company that results in performing according to set standards. Theme: Impact of digital Technology that has transformed business activities.Background of project: Technology is consider external factor that is present outside the business environment.Company do not have control on this aspect hence, they have to adopt all modern and advancedconcepts in to their system. Especially small and medium sized get benefit by adopting digitaltechnology into their working procedure. ENSOFT can adopt cloud computing system that leadto improvement and advancement of whole structure. Another area include performing1

Application of artificial intelligence helps theEnsoft Ltd. To attain continuous growth in their software's. Cost : Through carrying out work operations while adopting advanced and moderntechnology. ENSOFT can able to reduce extra cost at significant level so that finalobjectives could be attained in set time period. For instance, almost every work isperformed through computers which are being replaced by use of pen and paper. It isassessed from the above analysis that large amount of cost is required to be put on by theorganisation in the process of implementing digital technology within the organisation.The expense is high in nature because Ensoft Ltd is decided to bring changes in everyinternal aspect such as administration, communication, production and storage anddistribution. The amount which is required is around the estimate of $25000.Quality : By introducing digital technology while carrying out the business activities,company can achieve quality products and services in order to satisfy the customer'sneeds in effective way (Stokes, Wilson and Wilson, 2010). This enable ENSOFT to growand create strong image in customer's minds. It is their basic objective to produce thatgoods that can satisfy needs and wants of customers efficaciously and correctly. It is anobligation upon the management of organisation is to focus on quality aspect whileadopting digital technologies in their business processes. This will provides theopportunity regarding identification of such aspects which are wasteful in nature and3
increases the cost of implementation. So, Ensoft Ltd. Is required to provide moreemphasis on quality aspect to proper competencies. Handling Risks : Risks are part and parcel of any company, thus ENSOFT have toevaluate the nature and type of risk element and than take proper steps to remove it. Inthis report, according to this factor several issues are identified which may pose threat tothe company's performance and thus have to minimize it. Researcher may take severalmethods and tools to reduce the negative impacts, for this they have to frame effectivebudgets which will include steps that will allow to minimize the risks that has beenraised. The different type of risks are attached with implementation of varioustechnologies within the organisation. The major risks which are faced by Ensoft inprocess of implementing technologies within organisation is related to funding because itis required in large amount and Ensoft is small in nature. Communication : Communication is a effective process that involve communicatingproper and correct data information to their prospective customers. ENSOFT shouldperform this procedure adequately so that they can able to identify needs and wants ofpeople and than frame policies and procedures accordingly. There are two methods ofcommunication process which include internal and external structure. Thus, whileapplying digital technology system then could perform this function in effective manner.This is required to frame effective communication process so that proper actions could beperformed in accurate time period. The communication is required to be good at the timeof implementing technologies. This will provides the opportunity in the process ofeffective distribution of roles and responsibilities among the employees which they haveto perform within the organisation is achievement of desired results.
