businesses sometimes impact on host companies interns of selling low services in the existing
market (Buckley and Casson, 2016). Globalisation is a process helps to company to entered into
the new country.

Mercedes Benz is the multinational auto mobile company of German. This brand is
known as for luxury vehicles, buses, coaches and lorries which is very much innovative buy its
own ways. For looking for an innovation and creative planet Company invest 1 billion euros to
build up the first Full Flex Plant in Hungry with opining over 25,00 jobs for their country people.
Mercedes Benz creates the best model in order to considered the needs and want of Hungarian
people (Shenkar, Luo and Chi, 2014).

study helps to define the what possible challenges facing host destination by the effect of
multinational companies (Dhar, 2018). This study helps to determine some solutions to minimize
the negative effects.
Cost : Project cost associated with cost factor which incurred by the research. Such as
how many resources has spent, how much operational cost incurred to undertaking different
activities to met out the goals. For conducting present research it has been taken £400.00
Resources : Apart from that, it helps to full fill the new managing growth for the
business development process. Resources includes, human resource, financial resources,
operational resources etc.
Risk : Researcher needs to manage risk factor, unexpected risk has always been involved
in research process. Such as legal implications, shortage of resources, natural calamity etc.

For that, research has been taken Mercedes Benz which is situated in Hungry (Boniface,
Cooper and Cooper, 2016). Further study will be going to explain some different aspects of
research to create findings by using different research methods. However, research also
producing some new aspects of globalisation and their impact on host country (Manova, Wei and
Zhang, 2015). On the other hand, host companies might be facing issues such as domestic
business companies not fully able to compete with MNC companies or MNC may not be
fulfilling the all needs of country expectations and new managing successful business growth.
Sometimes, due to Multinational businesses host destination would not get the profit in
developing economy. In order to develop the high goals and services in order to meet out the best

target performing areas. Overall, it helps to get the best sources to get reduce the impact of
multinational companies on host countries.
Methodologies
Research approach : research approach is the significant term of research methodology
which has been based on hypotheses to study. This is the process or plan that consists some steps
to identify the research topic into more detailing process. Apart from that, it also helps to
discover the new managing successful business growth in order to meet out the best possible
action plan (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015). There are two types of research approach
deductive and inductive. Inductive approach which is based on the observation of theories to go
towards the end. Besides, deductive approach is concerned with developing a hypothesis on
existing theories. Present study has been taken inductive approach to observe and find out some
new findings.
Sampling : Sampling is the another most significant method of researcher to opt a
sampling method. Sampling is used to select the member population out of big number of ratio.
That helps to reconnect the major growing performance task in order to meet out the best
forming results of research (Silverman ed., 2016). There are two types of sampling method such
as probability sampling and non-probability sampling method. Probability sampling in which
every member has chance to get involved in the research process to participation. Contrary, non-
probability sampling in which researcher selects limited number of sample candidates for
participation. Present will be taking simple random sampling with taken 30 Customers.
Data collection : Data collection is the most significant method to determine the best
sources and managing task. Data collection is the process to determine the information process to
gain some more profitable resources. There are two types of data collection method primary and
secondary (Mackey and Gass, 2015). Primary technique of data collection in which researcher
collects all required information by interviews, questionnaire, observation. Secondary data
collection method collects by internet, books and journals. Present study has been taken both
method to collect data information.
Data Analysis : once researcher collects data, next process is to analyse those data by
two following techniques quantitative and qualitative method. Qualitative method data analysis
technique which analysed data into non numeric form. This method of data analysis technique
will be held on the basis of thematic manner (Lewis, 2015). On the other side, quantitative

method of data analysis will determine data with numeric or mathematical term with the help of
mean, median, mode. This process will identify the new identified goals and services.

respondents were suggested yes that international business introducing new services or products

involvement in Hungry. Apart from that, 10 number of customers were said that no, due to
Multinational companies host country affected by different losses in order to meet out the result
outcomes. Apart from that, it has been concluded out of the survey that maximum number of
respondents thinks positive towards the entrance of new businesses in the country.

Globalisation is the most essential and challenging as well to adopt. It helps to provide
opportunities to businesses to conduct international business. Besides, due to which the existing
company sometimes would not get survive in that high incensed market of competition. This has
been given negative impact on the host country (Fratocchi and et.al., 2016). On the other hand,
scope of international business also helps to focus on the problems and opportunities that
emerges because a company is operating in more than one place. Such as Mercedes Benz have
opportunity to grab new customer action from Hungry. On the same note, Hungry businesses has
faced the pressure of existing company. The most negative impact has been faced by host
country Hungry was Labor conflicts, investment pressure, technology drain, export
displacement, low wage imports, Tax evasion etc (Ghosh, 2015). Multinational business would
get impact on host country in the form of better development area. Apart from that, it helps to
suggest the best forming results and goals. In order to recommended the strategies to get the best
outcomes are to manage the all resources effective. To reduce the negative impact of
international businesses for that, host country needs to maintained their own position level into
the conducting the best activities and forming good outcome results.
Summary Conclusion
On the basis of above section it has been concluded that, international business has been
given both positive and negative effect on the development of host country. It relates to the
globalisation impact on business organisation. Present study has taken Mercedes Benz to conduct
the overall study. Present study also presented some new aims and objectives to meet the needs
of project target.

On the basis of above conducted research, I have gone through from various steps to end
up with the research outcomes. Present research helps to identify the most promising outcomes
to present the impact of MNC on host countries. Overall, it helped me to get in-depth knowledge
of impact of globalisation on the host country by taking Mercedes Benz. I have gone through
different research methodologies approaches which is much significant for conducting every
research (Kothari and Lunkad, 2018). Through I got to learn importance of them. Besides, I also
helped to learn some new knowledge and learning to get my career more advanced. Overall,

study helps me to get out of my fear of facing people interaction. Throughout this research I
gained motivation, confidence to communicate with so many people at a time. All the research
steps and process helps to meet out the present aims or objectives that is to identify the impact of
international business on host destination by analysing primary or secondary data. Overall, it
helps to conduct so many approaches to get new findings and research outcomes. Apart from
that, I have done by task by given all necessary activity and goals in order to meet out the goals
and objectives. In order to meet out the goals and objectives. I have collected different
information and data to collect several information data regarding international business and
their impact on host country. Study conducted survey with 30 employees of Mercedes Benz to
collect the new several, performing activities to get the final outcomes. Throughout this study
helps me to conduct my new further researches which helps me to my career advancement.
Overall, it helps me to get the new forming results and growth. This research helps me for my
further three research such as to identify the importance of globalisation, to identify the needs of
globalisation or on the MNCS as well.
