P7 Reflection
In this research it can be marked out that different strategies is being initiated by
Sainsbury that has made development of inclusive workforce achieved and makes goals to be
accomplished in proper manner. Enhancement of knowledge has been creating importance
which makes diverse workforce that makes working possible with proper coordination and
togetherness. I have made an effective management plan for an project that has made in
managing of resources, time, cost etc. All these helps in accomplishing of research in appropriate
manner. I have used various skills that has been making interpretation, data collection abilities
which has been enhancing research according to requirement. Tools like Gant chart and WBS is
being used to gain effective results from it. A survey has been conducted by me and
questionnaire is being used for marking out best result from it. As research is being conducted
various problems has been faced by me like resource management and difficulty in managing
team in efficient manner. That is why teachers has been helping in making effective skills that
has made problems to be dealt with. It has helped me learning research in big organization or
form any future project. I have gained help by getting admission in my desired college for higher
studies (Zwikael, Chih and Meredith, 2018).
CONCLUSION
From above file it can be marked out that diverse workforce is very important part of an
organization. This helps in making enhancement of decision making mechanism and also gives
opportunities to employees by increasing value of them in an organization. Improvising of
performance is required to be done in order to gain competitive edge in market. This makes
brand image of an organization to be formed. Profit has been increasing and talent of an
organization requires to attract workers in an organization. Various stages are required to be

In this research it can be marked out that different strategies is being initiated by
