INTRODUCTION
For an organization very potential to manage or develop the equality and diversity within
their organization as it helps in build motivation level of employees. There are no. of benefits an
organization occurs by maintaining equality and diversity such as attaining goals, building
relationship, employees feel motivated and many more. Respective report is based on the M&S
established in year 1884, headquarter is in London UK. Respective report is based on the
significance of equality and diversity and strategies to maintain the same by building aim and
objectives. Further it includes the project management plan, data analysis, recommendation and
reflection in order to gain desirable outcomes.
TASK 1
P1 Devise aim and objective of given scenario.
Project aim: To evaluate types of strategies and initiatives do companies put in place to build a
diverse and inclusive workforce.
Project Objectives:
To evaluate concept of equality and diversity.
To evaluate kinds of issues or challenges an organization face due to lack of diverse and
inclusive workforce.
To examine various kinds of strategies organization put in place to build a diverse and
inclusive workforce.
P2Produce project management plan which covers cost, scope, time and quality,
communication.
Project Plan: Project plan is very much important attribute that covers lots of factors helps in
planning for a project in potential manner are as follows:
Aspects of cost: Cost plays very much important role in the planning a project in most potential
manner (Liao and Teo, 2019). In context of M&S they by accumulating necessary knowledge in
regards of their expenditure by list out all essential activities for successful completion of

projects. It has been evaluated that project manager required approximately by 22K. along with
organization required the 380 million euro capital.
Scope: It is very much important for a researcher to acknowledge about the scope of project as it
provides motivation to complete it in successful manner (Porter and Kramer, 2019). Respective
project is very much important to acknowledge about significance of equality and diversity at
work place and various kinds of strategies by which organization can maintain positive work
environment within workplace.
Quality: quality is very much important for an organization while conducting project for
fulfilling goals and objectives. Quality refers to the standardization in products, services, work
and procedures that helps in gaining effective kinds of outputs. In respective project to maintain
the quality in results researcher adopt kinds of factors such as training to teams, proper education
, elimination of risk and allocation of resources potentially.
Communication: Communication refers to the potential kinds of tools and techniques adopted
by organization to interact with people in order to achieve desirable goals and objectives. In
context of M&S their researcher by using various kinds of tools such as social media and one to
one meeting helps in connect people with one another.
Risk and resources: Risk refers to the various kinds of hurdles or factors that impact on the
viability of results at time of conducting research. In respective project the risk incurred with the
inadequate or irresponsiveness of respondents, unskilled team members and limitations regards
of time and resources that hinders in gaining effective kinds of outputs.
On other hand resources refers to the attributes that proved beneficial for organization to
fulfill business goals and objectives in effective manner. in respective project it has been
evaluated that resources that is very essential for them is skilled workforce, funds, time frame
and many more.
P3 Produce a work breakdown structure and a Gantt Chart to provide timeframes and
stages for completion.
Gantt chart: It is kind of Bar chart that represents the schedule of project and its various activities
from the very beginning of research. By using it project manager can be able to conduct various

kinds of activities in proper manner in a specified time frame potentially (Rezania,Baker and
Nixon, 2019).

Work Breakdown structure: WBS defined as an important kind of project management tool and
