Talent management seeks to influence, attract, engage, develop, and deploy the individual
who are valuable to the organization. In business organization number of people works who have
different skills and abilities that can be used to deciding the goals and accomplishing them by
arranging them at the workings (Lawler and Boudreau, 2020). Human resources management is
the practice that relates to organization and managing the all function which can help to increase
the business performance. This is important for management to understand the requirement of
their employees and provide them benefits that can help to make feel them good and increase the
sustainability. To understand about this JD Sports fashion Plc. has been chosen that is British
sports fashion retail company in UK, Bury, Asia, and Australia. This organization is providing
the range of sports and fashion trending products which can help to increase the business
performance. The management hire the talented people, who work by using their skills at the
workplace which can help to attain the business goals. The project covers project aims,
objectives, and timeframes, small scale research, project communication, appropriate
recommendation, and reflection based in project.

Background of research
Talent management is the practice that involves only talented and skilled people who can
work in the organization and contribute in each organizational goals. For management it is
important to have focus on talent management strategies and planning which used to motivate
the employees and getting the work done. Talent management is the process of attracting,
influencing, directing, managing and controlling the people at the workplace that help to
complete the task and managing all resources effectively. The current project is based on
managing talent and retaining the employees in the organization which can help to developing
the organizational performance (Mirza, 2020). JD Sports is the UK based sports retailer that
offers range of sportswear and items with the help to employees. In this, management is playing
the important role who identify the vacancy and recruit the skilled employees which can help to
increase the business performance. The strategy of talent management is most valuable as it

satisfied the employees, and getting the work done by managing human resource and capital

attracting, identifying, managing, organising, and retaining the employees which can be used to
managing the higher performance at the workplace. In business organization number of
employees works collectively who have different skills and abilities to work that understand the
organizational goals and attain the higher performance. It encompasses many roles and
responsibilities that needs to perform by human resource management by placing the employees
at the right place. In organization vacancy occurs that is fulfilled by management by recruiting
the skilled and educated people which can help to complete the goals. In relation to JD Sports,
Human resource management is having important role as it identify the vacancy and hire the
employees who are able to work and accept the challenges. Without, human resource it will
