P7 Reflection The present report is based on research topic as promoting equality and diversity at the workplace and how to enhance the profitability and productivity. In this report, I have search the research methodologies to carry out the entire report effectively. Thus, qualitative method has been taken to undertake the research in properly. Therefore, I have used interpretive technique to interpret the elements of the study. On the other hand, I have used inductive approach to generalise the information so that study can be undertaken properly. Additionally, I have used sample random technique with help of probabilistic technique by taking sample size of 30 respondents as employee. Lastly, I have given suggestive measure that can improve and facilitate equality and diversity at the workplace.
