INTRODUCTION
Equality is a type of process that must ensure groups and individuals which are not treated
differently at workplace. It always promoting the equality within marks and spencer to remove
discrimination between employee (Rojas, 2018). Diversity is mainly recognised that give value
peoples to contribute and realise specific potential by promoting the culture or environment of
staff members. In UK, Marks and Spencer is legally required to follow practices that eliminate
discrimination and also ensure that employee can expect fair as well as equal treatment at
workplace. Having a diverse workforce that means marks and spencer can find wide range of
idea, resources and skill that provide business a competitive edge (Hossai and et.al., 2019).

To identify the employee perceptions across gender and divided differ on the issues of
development opportunities for diverse workforce.
To determine the advantage or disadvantage of diversity and equality on employee.

Significance
The importance of research project is to determine the equality and diversity at workplace
because it became easier for research to identify specific information or data which improve use
in future study purpose. Further future study, researcher analyse existing case studies for
understanding about the topic in proper manner.
P2 Produce the project management plan that mainly covers aim, time, quality, risk,
communication and resources.
Project management plan is a process that mainly used to describe the stage of research
project. It mainly including the various type of components that help for finding an appropriate
conclusion. It includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, monitoring and closing
(Caven and Nachmias, 2019). Time: It is defined the specific time intervals that complete the project task with specific
couple of time. Researcher will complete the entire research project within 2 Month.
