Introduction
This report will focus on the business project and the route of its success with the help of
efficient management and tactics. It will focus on various aspects that are used to achieve a
business goal while a project is undertaken. This report will focus on the UK’s one of the largest
multi retail store that is none other than TESCO. Analysis are going to be attempted based on
TESCO’s digital marketing and the technologies used in increasing the business. There are
number of factors on which the company TESCO’s business industry and growth depends upon
which are going to be discussed in the following report. Finally analysis will be done toshow
how TESCO can improve the scope of business with the help of digital technology and hence
will clear the concepts of the readers on digital technology.

P1: Devise clear aims and objectives for your project.
Project definition
According to this project, this stage indicates on the objective and the aim of the project that
company TESCO has undertaken. The definition comprises of the goals and the objectives that a
company wants to achieve. For TESCO, there are many business goals that they wants to
achieve. But for a specific project the goal is also specific. Hence, this stage is very much
important and necessary for an organization like TESCO.
Aim
The main aim of this project is to analyses and understands the main technology and the business
tactics used by the company TESCO. There is huge level of technology used by the company to
sustain in this modern day of competition. There are many sections like HR, marketing,
operations and accounting in the company which project will analyses and is the main aim of the
project.
Problem statement
It is basically the problems which the researcher or the project writer faces while doing the
research paper. There are many sections like financial, productions, marketing and accounting
which needs to be analyzed and should be taken care of properly (Chaffey, 2015). So a
researcher at the time of study faces many types of issues while gathering information of the
technologies which comes under the problem statement.
Project strategy
It is a type of strategy undertaken to execute the project properly and efficiently. One has to
consider each and every factors which are related to the project whether it is small or big factor
or it may be internal and external factors.

The project has incurred some amount of cost and the performance has been evaluated by the
public. The main cost spent is testing the machinery and the technologies. The cost is around
£550 and the time taken to do the project is 12 weeks.
Deliverables
This is the section where the company TESCO, receives feedback or advices by using which it
can improve the technology or business plans so as to increase the customer satisfaction and
attract masses of customers.
Project Scope Statement
This sections tells about the sections of the company the research is done. In this case it is
directly related to customer satisfaction. Hence it will tell on what will the approach of
technology usage.
Included Scope
This section will tell about the techniques used in marketing by the TESCO to reach the people
and attract them.
Excluded scope
TESCO excluded all the things related to finances. Hence the research paper cannot cover the
financial structure of the company.
Success Criteria
To calculate success, the company Tesco must analyses the profits and the loss areas before and
after implementing the research work solutions. And if the success rate is more, the outcome will
a success.
