Introduction
Digital technology is the main requirement of all the businesses in the changing
environment and so it shall be considered. In this report, the impact of technology on
the business will be evaluated and for that aims will be established. The business plan
will be made and for that research will be undertaken so that all of the information can

P1 Devise project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario
In the changing environment, it is required that all the changes which are taking place in
the market shall be incorporated into the business in an effective manner. For that, the
digital technology which is prevailing will have to be identified and also impact which will
be there in the business due to it (Nylen, 2015). For that, all of the aspects which are
involved in this process will be taken into consideration and there will be certain aims
and objectives which will be devised so that the company can deal with the
modifications which are taking place. There will be introduced if such facilities by which
the customers will be satisfied to the maximum extent and this will be helping the
company in retaining them making the business a success.
Objectives:
The main objectives which are to be attained in the proposal are as follows:
 The main aim is that all the new techniques will be used by which the
improvement of the quality will be attained.
 Competition in the market can be dealt in the most appropriate manner.
 The company will be able to ensure that sales are increased and by the overall
increase in the profits will be made.
 As there will be better products which will be provided to the customer
satisfaction will be increased.
 New techniques will be used by which the reduction in the total cost of the

Planning is required to be done so that all of the factors by which the effectiveness and
efficiency of the business are affected can be taken into consideration (Killen, et. al.,
2012). Some of them which will be involved in the plan are as follows:
Scope: The project will be undertaken in order to incorporate all of the new digital
technology in the business so that the business can be in balance with the changes. By
this, the benefits will be received as there will be a rise in the effectiveness. Nestle will
be required to cover the impact which will be there due to this.
Cost: This is the main aspect to be noted as by this the profit is affected to great extent.
There will be a lot of expenses which are required to be incurred and so it is needed
proper control shall be made on them. There will be new technology which will be used
so that the object can be attained.
Time: There will be a proper time which will be set in relation to all the operations which
are to be performed and by that the total time which will be needed will be controlled. All
of the activities will be completed in a required period of time.
Communication: In the company, there are various activities which are to be
performed by several departments and so it is needed that coordination among them
shall be established. Also, there shall be effective interaction with the customers to
identify their needs.
Risk: The Company will be facing various risks in the process of the business and for
that, it is required that they shall be considered while making of the plan so that no
adverse effects are faced in the carrying out of functions.
Quality: For the achievement of customer satisfaction it is required that all of their
needs shall be considered and product in accordance with them with the best quality
shall be provided. Due to this all of the requirements shall be determined in advance.
Resources: In the business, there are various resources which are to be used and for
that, it is needed that proper allocation shall be made of them (Martinelli & Milosevic,
2016). By this, all of the operations will be performed in a proper manner.
