Background of the study
Digital technology play very important role in the business success and outcomes. In this
regard, effectiveness also increasing to ascertain performances and development. Small business
also able to implement different tools and techniques at workplace of the small business (Pagani
and Pardo, 2017).
Rationale
In order to implement the advance technology at workplace of Ryder, they consider
different operations and functions in the market. As a result, they are able to deal with different
designs and practices to increase quality and performances in business environment. This is
because, with implement advance technology at workplace, brand image also increasing which
helps to meet with desired goals and objectives as well (Laudon and Laudon, 2015).
