Waitrose is a subsidiary company of the John Lewis and
they had started CSR activities from the year of 2001 so it
is essential for the company to keep the CSR programs to
provide better products and services to the customers.
INTRODUCTION

It is essential for the managers which are working in the
Waitrose Company to analyses the research data to develop
their programs accordingly. So they have to make a proper
analysis of the data and information which is collected by
the surveys and questionnaire, it can help to the company to
provide benefits to the customers and make a grip on them.
So they have to use an appropriate technique in it which can
help to them to make a better analysis.
