INTRODUCTION
Managing successful business project is a complex task where the organisation has to
formulate different types of plans, policies and tactics in order to implement the assignment in
appropriate manner. Further, in dynamic environment various changes are coming in the form of
techniques, tools and digitalise mechanism. Therefore, in order to maintain the sustainability
company require to include some innovative and creative measures in their products and services
to make more digital and advance which helpful in attracting more customers that leads to
enhancing sales and profitability of business (Ebert, 2014). Under this assignment the company
which is preferred i.e. Karmarama which is UK based advertising agency launched by partners
Naresh Ramchandani and Dave Buonaguidi in May 2000. Although it was appointed by BBC
roaster of agencies working on marketing to support range of channel and radio stations but for
beating all the external challenges of rivalry they need to adopt digitalise technology in their
organisation structure. Further it discuss about aims and objective, data analysis and reflection on
research conducted.

P1 Aims and objectives of project
In today world there are so many start ups coming in market with their digitalise ideas
and innovative technology in the form of products and services. Because of different
advancement coming in market customer needs, demand and choices has been changed which
induce organisation to bring new concepts and approaches in their working structure which
enable them to gain competitive advantages over competitors. Economy of UK is growing with
rapid fast speed so Karmarama an UK based advertising agency need to adopt digital appliances
in their media instrument so they communicate effectively all the recent media news and
information regarding what going in world (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). Different digital
technology like ambient knowledge, Read analytics, production studio, immersive technology
and cloud computing according to aim and objective of business Karmarama must include
production studio technology in their working structure which make their whole media work
easy and convenient.

In business environment different types of technologies that were coming in order to
develop the economy of particular economy (Mir and Pinnington, 2014). Various types of
technologies that are arising in the world so it is important for all the media company to recruit
professional and experienced technical expertise who develop modern software in their
organisation structure so they provide such services to their client that give utmost satisfaction to
their target audiences.
If Karmarama wants to introduce new features and techniques in their application then
they do conduct the survey and research in which they enable to collect all the primary and
secondary data related to latest technology which help them to enhance the growth of their
business. New system and features allow them to understand customer needs and demand and
provide such type of services that satisfy them so they don't take the assistance of mobile and
internet apps.
Aims:-
“To determine the major challenges which could be determine when business used to copped
up working with digitalization and transform their operations” - A case study on Karmarama.
Objectives:
To evaluate the major challenges which used to face by Karmarama at the time of digital
transformation.
To analyse the major impact on Karmarama operations which assess when operations
become align with digitalisation
To sponsor the product and services of different large companies which create awareness
among customers and clients the present growth of business. To take the assistance of social media and internet sites by collaborating with them so
they give the types of news and information which needed by target audiences.

P2 Project management plan
Project management plan is identified as an activity and process which is needed by the
project manager in order to identify, combine, define, coordinate and unify all subsidiary plans
systematically. It is a role and duty of manager is to prepare and design an effective projects
(Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). It is essential and important part for the karmarama to accomplish
long term goals and objectives of projects. There are different points which are include in the
plan of project management are shown as below:
Cost Project: Cost is one of the main and necessary part of the each and every business to
prepare and design an effective project. It is the role of project manager is to analysis cost of the
project. In this business entity fix a specific price and cost of the project.
Time: It is also essential and main element in preparing of effective project. It is a role of
project manager is to identify specific time for completing whole project (Project Management
Execution, 2016). Without this factor karmarama and its project team is not capable to
accomplish long term objectives and goals of projects.
Scope of project: Project scope is major part of the business entity to complete their all
activities and function in limited time duration. In the company it is highly essential for the
karmarama to attract large number of customers towards innovative products and digitalisation.
Managing Risk: Risk is a major part which is involve in preparing of effective project. It
influence of business performance and profitability. It is a project manager responsibility to
identify risks and uncertainty in the project. Karmarama face different challenges, so in order to
overcome this, they apply digitalisation which assist in higher growth and success of company in
marketplace.
Communication: It is another important and beneficial part of the project management
which is used by the karmarama in order to communicate entire information about project. In
this project manager play vital role in conducting research program (Park and Lee, 2014). It is
highly needed to business to retain accurate communication in internal and external environment
to accomplish wants and needs of customers. Karmarama apply internal tool of communication
for solving all challenges which is arise in the organisation.
Quality Control: It is main components that attract large number of audience for new
services and products along with cost. Main aim and objective of company is to developing

Gantt Chart: It is a best and essential tool which depict the finish and start dates of the
summary and terminal components. It is a type of bar chart that shows ending and opening time
of some aspects of an effective project that cover milestones, dependencies, tasks and resources
(Polonsky and Waller, 2014). It is used by the Karmarama with aim to identify their project
finish and starting period of time. It is more useful for the organisation because with the help of
this they easily understand requirements of resources, tasks and many other elements. This tool
includes task name, duration, start, finish and predecessor activities which are determined as

QUALITATIVE RESEARCH:- It is primarily exploratory research which is used to
gain an understanding of underlying reasons, opinion and motivations. It provides brief about the
problem or help to develop ideas or assumptions for potential research. This method is mostly
used in unstructured or semi structured techniques. In this various method are include like focus
group, individual interviews or observations (Somsuk and Laosirihongthong, 2014). The sample
size is typically small. It include concepts and methods from multiple established academic
fields. It is widely used by political science, social work, and education researchers.
QUATITATIVE RESEARCH:- These are the methods which can be measurable. It
focuses on gathering numerical data and generating it across groups of people .This method
focus on objective measurement, statistical, mathematical or numerical analysis of data which is
collected through surveys, questionnaires etc. Its results is based on larger sample sizes that are
representative of the population. All aspects of this study are carefully designed before data is
collected. Under this project can be used to generalize concept more widely, predict future
results, or investigate causal relationship.
PRIMARY RESEARCH:-It is new research or also known as first hand research. It is
carried out to answer specific issues or question. It can be done through questionnaires, surveys
or interviews with individuals or small groups. It is mostly done by using data capture and data
collection techniques or tools. It is process of data collection and data capture which is done
through proper observations. This research is conducted for many purposes in gathering fresh
data from market, also help in verifying findings from secondary market research and also
providing help in improve data reliability. It is often used during descriptive and causal research .
SECONDARY RESEARCH:- This is type of research which has already been
complied, gathered, organised or published by others. It is also known as second hand research.

2015). It can also includes scientific reports which is produced by medical councils, universities
or government. Examples of this includes textbooks, news articles, review articles etc. While
conducting this research, authors may draw data from published papers, government documents,
and historical records etc. In most cases this means finding information from third party such as
marketing research reports, magazines articles and other sources.

in a systematic way. Recently, Karmarama expand their business operations in other marketplace
so in this they require to use innovative technology (Verzuh, 2015). This will assist to maximise
their growth and success as well as achieve long term objectives in limited time period. It is a
role of business manager to check that entire workers are having accurate knowledge and skills

about technology. Company should tries to provide proper training to the entire workforce
related to digitalisation. Further they are trained regarding this so that they can tries to deal with
difficult situation and overcome them. As per the recommendation, project manager should see

different challenges. In order to organising an innovative project in which business and its
manager face various issues and problems in regular basis. In during the research program I have
different roles and duties in terms of applying best technique of research, analysing sample size
and many other tools. All these are beneficial and essential for me to recognise basis needs of
customers towards digitalisation in service, process and products (Ebert, 2014). In this will
conduct an investigation about the point of view of clients regarding advanced technology. So
during this I asked different question to the audience regarding importance and effects of
digitalisation on business performance and profitability. I was provide my full dedication and
efforts to organise the research and gather necessary information which will assist in
implementing project effectively. There were different issues that existing in gathering data
because the sample size that was selected, they are not providing appropriate answer.
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the above assignment that conducting and managing small
project and business is not an simple task, companies require to formulate different strategies and
tactics in order to manage their finance and also plan for using marketing promotion tools for
