INTRODUCTION The market place has been revolutionized by the use of digital technology. The traditionalbusiness models have been drastically altered by the use of digital technology. Moreover, thishas also been the reason behind large scale transformation of business activities (Wessel andChristensen, 2012). Cloud technology, social media, mobile technology etc. are beingincreasingly employed by the organizations. However, technology brings various challenges withit which are to be dealt by the business. GLH hotels work as five distinct brands in the hospitalityindustry and have incorporated digital technology in various spheres (Our Brands, 2017). Thepresent project analyses the ways in which GLH Hotels has coped with major challenges ofdigital disruption and transformation. The present research will assist the organizations inhospitality industry to explore and understand the challenges as well as opportunities presentedby rapid technological advances. P1.
