INTRODUCTION
Business management play vital role in the growth and success by the use of various
strategies. Managing business in effective manner and increase level of effectiveness and growth
of the business in the market. Talent management in the organisation helps in better growth and
achievement of goals and objectives (Cha, Newman and Winch, 2018). Talent management
assist business to retain skilled and talented employees in the business so that they can provide
effective level of productivity and growth to the organisation. Talent management is continuous
process that increase the level of motivation of the employees and increase their growth in the
business. Various strategies used bys the businesses in order to effectively perform talent
management in the organisation, it increase the level of business growth and its success in
competitive environment. This report is based on Barclays, it is British multinational investment
bank and financial services company. It headquarter is in London England. Barclays also
organised into four businesses; corporate banking, wealth management, personal banking, and
investment bank. This report include project aim objectives and time frame on chosen theme,
small scale research, appropriate recommendation and reflection on the value gained by the
project and its importance.

P1: Project aims and objectives.
Overview of research: The report below is based on the talent management and various
strategies that businesses use in order to gain profit and growth in the market. Talent-
management assist business to accomplish goals and helps to enhance the skills of employees so
that they can achieve goals and objectives (Englund and Graham, 2019). In the context of
Barclays, managers of the company focused on effective strategies that can help the businesses
to retain employees for the long term and increase the level of effectiveness in their performance.
It enhance the level of job satisfaction and encourage employee to retain in the business and gain

effective growth. Barclays is multinational bank and finance services company and talent-
management in the business to gain effective growth and proficiency of the employee
working(Nagorny-Koring and Nochta, 2018).
Thus, it is important for the business to develop effective strategy that enhance the level
of talent management and growth of the employees within organisation. The effective research is
conducted by the researcher in order to provide effective strategy that help to retain employee for
the long period of time.

As per the viewpoint of Mona Momtazin., 2020. talent management is important aspect
of the business that helps in better growth and efficiency in market. Talent management attract
top talent in organisation so that it can enhance the level of effectiveness. Strategic management
of talent in the helps business to increase the level of top talent in the business and increase the
higher level of business. Continuous coverage of critical roles that increase the level organisation
will prepared for the gaps in skills and have planed to address critical role and growth of the
business.

Analyse importance of talent-management in order to retain talented and skilled employees in
the organisation for long term.
As per the viewpoint of Staff Witter., 2020. talent management is just not human
resource key it also assist business to manage, hire, develop, and retain the most talented and
skilled employees in the business. It also assist to motivate employees and enhance the level of
effective growth of the business. Talent management create reasons that motivates employees to
have sustainable growth in the business and increase the level of effective growth.
Examine different strategies used by the organisation in order to perform talent management.
As per the viewpoint of Jay Tankersley., 2018. Align talent and strategy helps
organisation to track personal and organisational goals and objectives. Business must develop
strategy that support both organisational and personal goals of the employees. It helps businesses
to attract both quantity and quality in the employees so that effective outcome can be achieved.
Perform consistent employee reviews assist business to gain better insight and growth of the
employees so that business can achieve its goals and objectives. This strategy refer to the having
regular performance review so that business can achieve effective performance using this
strategy.
P2) A project management plan.
A project management plan is a formal document that provide insight about the various
project going to carried out in the business for better growth and proficiency (Hillson and Simon,
2020). It outline budget, timelines, scope, goals that effectively managed by the business so that
effective plan can be conduct. Project management plan play vital role in the business and
enhance the level of effectiveness if its growth in the market. It consist different objectives and
plan of the future that business will perform in the future for better achievement of goals and
objectives in the future. Project management plan consist set of expectation that business will
deliver in the future to gain competitive advantages.
Project management plan consist of all the information about future idea and knowledge
that business carry out for the effectiveness in the growth of the business in the future. It assist

managers of the company to follow all the task and requirements so that it can be done in
effective manner and increase the growth of business.
Cost: It is amount of funds that is necessary to conduct the report on effective manner, it
is the cost that provide by the company to the researcher so that effective outcomes of the
research can be achieved. It also include travel cost, miscellaneous, legal compliance,
equipment cost, include research tool etc. it is responsibility of the manager to effectively
develop a suitable budget so that plan can be conducted in appropriate manner.
Time: It is a factor that reflect overall time that is undertaken by the researcher to
complete research in suitable time period (Kaufmann, Esslinger and Carter, 2018). Time
of the research should be appropriate so that research can be done in effective manner.
For this research managers should focus on tome period of around 3 months so that it can
lead researcher to complete research within given time scale.
Scope: It is generally define the time that is suitable to conduct a research report so that
manager can effectively increase the level of effectiveness and growth of suitable
research time. In this investigator of research should focus on appropriate strategy that
helps to gain advantages and growth in the project. Researcher have to ensure that every
activity in the research should generate effective lead towards the research topic and
growth in effective manner.
Quality: It is framework that ensure that all the task and actions of the research should
complete on the appropriate time and increase the level of effectiveness in the research. It
actually consist a proper set of data that help researcher to provide appropriate outcome
