“To analyse the different strategies that is used by the business as in order to attract
and retain more of its employee's. A case study on Sainbury.
INTRODUCTION
Talent management is that kind of process which helps in improving clients quality and
makes diversity to be included within an organization. In talent management organizations seek
towards selecting new talent for the purpose of making various task and objectives to be
achieved in appropriate manner. As per this talent management plays very important role that
makes productivity to be induced over retaining and attracting employee with better skills and
more talent. It is a continuous process which makes quality workers in order to retain with
development of skills and knowledge. Also it contributes over motivation with encouragement of
employees through sustaining level by improvising working performance that makes
productivity of business to be achieved. In this report Sainsbury has been taken that is an leading
retailers in UK and has its headquarters in London. This organization was establish in the year
1869. In this file objectives and aims has to be covered. Also research upon small scale
organization with reflection to be gained from project conducting.

P1) Project aims and objectives
Overview of the Research: This is based on talent management which is required for an
business in order to make sure that goals and objectives is achieved. In relation of Sainsbury
talent management makes more emphasis over talent through skills to gain long term period.
Sainsbury is an multinational retailer that is associated over companies. That is why it is
essential for it to be developed through different strategies to retain employees by increasing
productivity. So research is done over strategies for increasing employees and helping them in
getting retained (Herbert, 2018).
Aim: “ For analysing of various strategies which is used in business in order to make
attraction and retain more employee's.” A case study on Sainsbury.
Objectives:

1. To Defining better understanding over talent management in an organization.2. To examine importance of talent-management and attract through potential employee's.3. To interpret principals that is induced by business for performing over talent
management.4. To making analysis of principals that is induced by business to perform talent

Literature Review
Explain the better understanding of talent management within an organisation.
As to the viewpoint of(Herbert, 2018) talent-management is basically a practice that
usually involved on the basis of specific trends that is more likely to working over aspects. This
usually involve identification of talent gap and then filling the gap wit right talent is done in
order to gain higher growth and development is measured in expertise manner. In this planning,
attracting, selecting, developing and retaining of employees is processed in productive manner.
What are the importance of talent-management in order to retain and attract potential employee's.
According to(Belz and et. al., 2019) the point of view of talent-management is not just
same as human resource under which balanced level of commitment in terms of development,
manage, hire and retention of highly skilled and talented employee's is processed . It also focuses
upon motivating workers to stay by which better level of encouragement increases with
perfection. It also enhances the performance of employee along with continuous coverage of
independent roles and responsibilities that assist to run the business smoothly with better
flexibility in the various process of an organization.
Explain principles that is induce by business in order to perform talent-management.
As per the viewpoint of(Goggin and et. al., 2019) talent management that is beneficial
towards practices performed by businesses for maintaining better level of constancy through
culture and strategies. In this various of challenges is to be faced for building of sustainability
and attaining right talent. In relation to this manager has worked upon talent management by

making rewards generated with compensation which appreciates employees. In order to makes
talent management possible various principles and strategies has to be used by management of an
organization.
P2) Project management Plan
It is that kind of written document that provides all important information which covers
different aspects of research project required by manager to perform research with more
efficiency. To make talent management possible various aspects is to be covered within
management plan and they are as follows:
Cost: this aspect represent the estimated monetary funds required for conducting and
meeting various expanses of researcher. Through this research over talent management is
covered in proper manner by making an estimated budget for it. To conduct current research over
talent an estimated budget of £68000 required to be made which covers travelling cost, research
tools, legal compliance along with the cost of data collection and other miscellaneous expanses.
Further managers has to develop proper budget with reflection of overall cost required with cost
efficiency to be made the budget is as follows:
Time: This element of project management plan determine about the actual period and
duration required to perform and carry out research for talent management project in suitable
manner. The estimated time period required to perform and carry out current investigation is near
about 3 months.
Scope: This element makes determination of benefits and implication within talent
management. As per the project related to talent management scope is wider in nature and

criculate crucial information about the concept of talent management that is vital and important
for all organisation to have a more skilled and competent workforce.
Quality: The quality aspect of a project mainly reflects and depicts about the viability and
authentic of the data. To maintain the better quality of current talent management project and
meet the set standard. The use of most suitable and appropriate research methodology is done to
ensure collection of most authentic data. Both primary and secondary sources of data collection
are applied for talent management project to ensure adequate level of information collected for
analysis and evaluate current research objects .(Eriksson, Larsson and Pesämaa, 2017).
Communication: It forms most vital and crucial aspect of a research project that is
essential to properly handle information of talent management project. Use of online modes of
communication are made under current investigation to ensure better flow of vital data to lead
transparency during conduction of talent management project. Along with this reducing chance
of chaos and confusion among team members which enhance efficiency level of current project.
Risk : This aspect of project of talent management plan basically represents the key
barriers and obstacles that could be faced by manager while doing project. The main risk
associated with current research project comprises of lack of proper time period and along with
insufficiency of required resources which reduces the efficiency of workflow in talent
management project.
Resources : It represent the assets required to conduct and carry out a research for
project of talent management. With respect to current project of talent management
communication of human resource, financial resources along with technical resources are
required to be made. Financial resources helps in meeting of researcher activities while human
resource needed to preform various activities like collection of data. Apart from this technical
and statical resources like internet, smart phones, etc. are also required to better collection of
data.
