As per this talent management plays very important role that makes productivity to be induced over retaining and attracting employee with better skills and more talent. It is a continuous processwhichmakesquality workers in order to retain with development of skills and knowledge. Also it contributes over motivation with encouragement of employeesthroughsustaininglevelbyimprovisingworkingperformancethatmakes productivity of business to be achieved. In this report Sainsbury has been taken that is an leading retailers in UK and has its headquarters in London. This organization was establish in the year 1869. In this file objectives and aims has to be covered. Also research upon small scale organization with reflection to be gained from project conducting. MAIN BODY TASK 1 P1) Project aims and objectives Overview of the Research: This is based on talent management which is required for an business in order to make sure that goals and objectives is achieved. In relation of Sainsbury talent management makes more emphasis over talent through skills to gain long term period. Sainsburyis an multinational retailer that is associated over companies. That is why it is essential for it to be developed through different strategies to retain employees by increasing productivity. So research is done over strategies for increasing employees and helping them in getting retained (Herbert, 2018). It also focuses upon motivating workers to stay by which better level of encouragement increases with perfection. It also enhances the performance of employee along with continuous coverage of independent roles and responsibilities that assist to run the business smoothly with better flexibility in the various process of an organization. In this suitable usage about various tools and techniques like Gantt chart and Work breakdown structure which made project to be submitted in timely manner is don by me. The various challenges is been faced by me in making project to be completed within timely manner (Elia, Margherita, and Secundo, 2020).Also various kinds of practices and techniques is been used in order to make the concept of talent management understood. In this I have used primary and secondary research which has made utilization of resources in order to collect data in more relevant manner. Then gantt chart used for analyzing time management in relation to doing sub tasks in proper manner. CONCLUSION From the discussion it can be concluded that talent management covers various strategies which helps in making goals and objectives to be achieved in more efficient manner. Then various tools like Gantt chart and WBS is covered to makes project completion in appropriate time possible. Also an small-scale research is done for conducting of sustainability over strategies to make reattaining through suitable employees. Research is conducted in both primary and secondary research with productive changes to be considered. 16
