Introduction Equality and Diversity refers as promoting equal opportunities for all by diversity, providing the chance to each individual to attain their potential, free from discrimination and prejudice (Armstrong, Landers and Collmus, 2016). This report is based on UMBRO which a British company that supplies football equipments and sportswear.
Research Objectives To understand the concept and role of equality and diversity at workplace. To analyse the significance of building diverse and inclusive workforce within UMBRO. To assess the strategies and initiatives used by UMBRO to develop diverse and inclusive workforce.
Research Methodology Primary data will be collected by using survey method in which questionnaire is used to gather responses on questions from respondents.Secondary data collection method will be use gatherinformationontopicthrougharticlesandjournals. Simple random sampling method is use to select small group fromlargepopulationinordertogetresponsesonthe questions.
