Sunspel which is a UK based garment retailer and manufacturer, operating at medium level. This
company is established in 1860 and it headquarter is present in Derbyshire, UK. It is an
organisation where number of employees are around 51-200 and have their stores across the
whole wide world. Main products of this firm are Polo shirts, T-shirts and Boxer shorts. This
report is going to cover about aims & objectives for research. Also, management plan of project
will be prepared and a suitable research is going to be carried out. Other than this, analysis of
data is performed to justify suitable recommendations and conclusions. At last, a reflection will
be carried out to assess own learning and performance.

finally today I have move toward my project management plan. In
this plan, I am planning to gather information associated with cost,
time, scope, quality, resources, communication and associated
risks. All of these elements will helps me in improving the quality
of project. At this stage, I have faced issue with understanding
certain concepts. To overcome these issues, I have taken help
from my seniors.

Today my tutor has checked my project status and helps me in
improving those fields where I lack some expertise. Also, I have
accomplished my work on project management plan and I am
starting research methodology section. In this section, I am
planning to use both qualitative and quantitative approach so that
best outcomes can be achieved.

context, I am going to use thematic analysis so that evaluation and
analysis of data can be carried out appropriately. Also, as per
suggestion of my tutor I am going to add information gathered
from respondents in the forms of graphs. By this my project
presentation skills will improve further.

Data analysing was a tedious task and now my work is to provide
recommendations on the basis of data analysis. This will help me
in suggesting right solutions of that both equality and diversity can
be maintained at workplace. Here, I am going to take help from
my tutor as recommending strategies to an organisation is a
complex task and without guidance I feel that I am not able to do
it well.

money issues, I have asked my parents and friends to help me. At

me through out the project.
