TITLE“How do multinational companies improve the recruitment, selection and training of theiremployees to meet international requirements? A study on Nestle. INTRODUCTION Selection and recruitment is the continuous process in which candidates in theorganisation are selected on the basis of their skills and capabilities. With the help of trainingcurrent set of skills and knowledge of the individuals are improved so that goals and objectivesare easily achieved. With the help of appropriate plans and strategies for recruitment, selectionand training better plans can made for meeting the international requirements(Cornut, Giroux,and Langley, 2012). The organisation selected for this report is Nestle which is a multinationalfood and drink organisation. Its headquarter is located in Switzerland. Major topics covered inthis report are aims and objectives of the project along with Gantt chart and WBS. With the helpof this appropriate set of information will be collected from internal and external sources. TASK 1 P1 Project aim and objectives.Background of study The main motive of this report is to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitmentand selection in the organisation for meeting international requirements. Since the managementof Nestle is deciding the expand its business at the global level, with the help of recruitment andselection this target can be easily achieved(Pollard and et. al., 2013). Before offering job position candidate is required to pass different test so thatmanagement of organisation can know that individual is fit for the job or not. In these test overallanalysis of the skills and capabilities of individual is done. Concept of Training As per the views of Smriti Chand(2019) Training is the process of teaching new andpresent employees some basic skills to perform the activities of job in the best possible manner.The major motive of training is to increase and enhance skills and capabilities of individual forthe attainment of goals and objectives in the best possible manner.
