organisation to achieve task within stipulated time period. It is significant for a company to
equally and fairly treat them with in the premises in order to retain them for longer time frame.

By analysing the above data, some of the recommendations given by the investigator to
the top level authorities of Tesco and is discussed below:
It is suggested to the higher level authority of Tesco to provide training & development
session to the staff members of company so that they get to know about importance of
equality & diversity at workplace in an effective manner (Georgiadou, Gonzalez-Perez
and Olivas-Lujan, 2019). In addition to this, it will also assist company to develop good
relationship with the employees and know their opinions and perception level of staff
members properly.
It is suggested to the management team to execute equality & diversity practices at
workplace such as providing equal opportunity to male & female employees,
implementing equality law and so on. This will assist company to retain its staff
members for longer time frame and improve their productivity level in an effective
manner.
Along with this, it is suggested to the higher authorities of respective company to adopt
those strategy which allow staff members to participate in the decision making process

While conducting the research, it is analysed that there are various factors that leads to
put prominent impact on the overall outcome in negative way. Along with this, it is also

concerning activities, it is identified that my communication and team management skills are not
much effective that leads to impact the overall performance of more harmful way. Additionally,
it is also said that I was quite nervous and under confident at the time of developing
