Introduction
Managing business operations refers to the process through which business
operations are planned in better ad effective manner. There are any activities which
has to be followed such as marketing, purchasing, sales, hiring, etc. hence it is
important to plan business operations properly and in effective manner.

Research aim
“To determine ways through which multinational companies can improve the
recruitment, selection and training of their employees to meet International
requirements.” A study on Nestle.

Research objective
 To understand the concept of recruitment, selection and training.
 To analyse the strategies through which Nestle can improve their recruitment,
selection and training of their employees to meet international requirements.

Reflection
The following is the reflection of my own experience which I came across at the time
of conducting this research. There were several positive as well negative
experiences which I faced during the research. While conducting this
investigation, I am able to understand about best approach for selecting,
recruitment and training of workers. In addition to this, in the positive experiences
which I came across at the time of conducting this research was related to
improvement that has been made in my knowledge and competences in relation to
the provided topic.

Recommendation
 There must be proper communication with workers, so managers of Nestle can
know about issues individuals are facing while operating in industry. With the
help of proper communication, it will be possible to make them clear with what
they are required to do and not to do. This will help in preventing overlapping
of work and will also eradicate issues from the work as well.
 If specific training method is used then communicate it with employees, so
they can share their issues and managers of Nestle can get over with it.

Conclusion
From the above discussion, it is clear that there are different approaches through
which managers can recruit, select and train individuals, but it is important to
select best out of them. It is important to improve these methods because this
assist in maintaining long term relation and improves profitability and
productivity of association.
