This presentation aims to evaluate talent management enrichment within the workforce and its impact on functional performance goals. The study focuses on Tesco and includes objectives such as identifying different methods to analyze talent management, analyzing its impact on working standards and motivation, enabling new ways to increase talent management, and identifying aspects of talent enrichment in the workplace. The research methodology used is qualitative research with an inductive approach and interpretivism philosophy. Data collection includes primary and secondary methods, and data analysis is done through thematic data analysis.
