INTRODUCTIONThe assignment is going to do the interpretation of the project management plan ofmultinational organization to understand and evaluate the efficiency of the human resource oftheir organization. The chosen organization for the report is Tesco and the report will evaluatehow effective the company’s human resource management is to create a competitive advantageover their competitors and how far it is meeting its international standards (Alo, 2017). Tesco is aBritish Multinational organization groceries and general merchandise retailer. The company’sheadquarters are situated in Welwyn, Garden City, Hertfordshire. It is having 6,553 shops andthe number of employees working for the organization is 476,000. The report is based on therecent developments of the organization and how effective Tesco is dealing with in order tobring change within its environment to ensure better practices in its Human Resource.Research BackgroundThe research is based on Tesco. Its topic is to investigate the positioning of the companyin the sector. Along with it, it evaluates the selection, recruitment, and training policies in orderto meet the international recruitment. It assesses the impact of Human Resource policies on thecompetitive advantage of Tesco over its competitors in the sector. It is important for anorganization to have an effective human resource department in order to ensure effectiverecruitment and selection and to gain new employees in order to achieve set growth anddevelopment(Wood, Coe and Wrigley, 2016). The study will make use of effective techniquesand methods in order to understand the above mentioned factors and in what manner thecompany can make use of important strategies in order to achieve set goals.TASK 1LO1P1 Aim and ObjectivesAim:To investigate the efficiency of the human resource of Tesco and evaluate therecruitment, selection, and training policies to meet the international requirements.Objectives:To identify the positioning of Tesco in the sectorTo identify how far the training, selection and recruitment policies of the Tesco meet theinternational requirements

This will help inevaluation of those aspects which are important for a firm to grow. The present researchpapers scope is very broad and it is useful in both academic and corporate sectors. The study willmake use of scope in order to understand the importance of Human Resource practices beingfollowed in the organisation and how effective they are in reaching their set goals.Resources: In order to reach to a conclusion, it is important to have effective resources inplace. When a firm do not have adequate resources, it is not possible to complete the researchstudy. The present research makes use of stationery items, laptops, people, USB, equipments,funding facilities etc. in order to complete the research.Quality: Quality plays an essential role in order to maintain the reliability and validity ofthe research. From the end to the starting conclusion, it is essential that scholar ensures thestandard needs where the quality of research is maintained. The key performance indicator isobserved as one of the best ways to maintain the quality of the research.Time: One of the core essential factor of project management plan. It is important for theresearcher to plan the activities as per the time because the delay in the research often impactsthe quality of the study(Hilbert, 2016). The present study is completed in 40 days.
Risk:To conduct the research effectively it is important that a proper assessment of riskhelps the organisation along with the investigator to maintain the effectiveness of theinvestigation. Risks such as data theft, issues of security etc. are present while making anresearch successful.
