INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is an important procedure of interaction among people government in
worldwide. Due to advance technology, transportation and communication, globalisation has
grown day by day. This is a reason, that it also increase growth of international trade, culture and
ideas ( Khan and et. al., 2015). Globalisation also provide various possibility for company to
accomplish their competitive image at global level. This report is based on ASDA, is British
supermarket retailer which operate their business at international scale for accomplishing
competitive image. Project is focus on its aims and objectives that is related with how
globalisation can drive business success. Project management plan is also prepared by includes
different factors such as quality, cost, risk, resources and many more. Furthermore, Gantt Chart
and work breakdown structure in discussed in this project to attain reliable results. Here,
qualitative and quantitative research method is also conducted in this project in order to gather
relevant data and information towards the project. At last, different tool is also used by business
to undertake the research and reflect the values of entire research with the aim of attaining
positive results and outcomes as well.

Globalisation is a concept which help in processing economic interdependence which
may influence the commodity value. Through which, company attain higher growth level at
market and also share their positive relation within another country by selling their commodity.
The main reason of globalisation growth is increasing in technology advancement which help in
reducing the transaction cost. It help in revenue generation. Apart from this, when a company
operate their business at global level then they needs proper fund and sources such as work force,
advance technology and so on that help company in performing task in worldwide level ( Yin,
2017). In relation of ASDA, if company operate globalise then they needs to understand
