PART 2P4 Small scale research application in qualitative and quantitative approach This part of the research will be explaining about the tools and techniques used byresearcher in order to achieve research aim and objectives. Basically, two types of approachqualitative and quantitative both are using in this study. This part is one of the mostcompetitive task for the project manager, because in which will be select appropriate tool forcompleting the research in the effective manner. (Khan and Lund-Thomsen, 2011). Thesemethods are having large influence on the research of study. Without these methods, aneffective CSR report cannot be carried out for an individual. Qualitative research approachrefers to the study of human behaviour and attitude towards (Schroeder, 2012). This type ofresearch helps to understand various behaviours and attitude of customer. So thatresearchersrecommend suitable solution for a given problem. Direct observation is a part ofthis technique where an individual observes the behavioural aspects and recommendaccordingly (Willers and Kulik, 2011). Another tool is called as questionnaire approachwhere researcher provides a set of questions and analyse their response. Another approach isalso a part of qualitative analysis which known as interview of the participant and interprettheir answer accordingly. These finding helps to construct a conclusion and meet its researchaims and objectives in an effective manner (Yelkikalan and Köse, 2012). On the other hand,quantitative approach is based on numerical analysis of data and information. In this methodsvarious mathematical tools used and present these data with facts and figure which meet itsresearch aims and objectives effectively (Planken, Nickerson and Sahu, 2013). Collectedinformation will be interpreting in a manner and construct a suitable recommendation for agiven problem. This information very useful for the CSR in the context of “Wonderland” andmake a develop such project successfully in the near future. Project plan:
