 Talent Management is an essential procedure which revolves around the fact of making
the best use of present talents within the organisation and retaining them for the longest
period with the firm.
 The singular agenda of talent management is to keep their company competitive with
getting hold of most potential staff.

Amazon is a multinational technology
company which was established in 1994
and headquartered in Washington, United
States. It is one of the leading technology
company with four of its competitors in the
United States that are Google, Apple,
Microsoft and Facebook. Along side
Amazon has diversified portfolio with a
huge market share around the globe.

Aims and Objectives
PROJECT AIM
Main aim of this project is “To identify the significance of talent management in reduction
of high employee turnover at workplace”. A study on Amazon

 To determine the significance of talent management at workplace of Amazon.
 To explore ways that will be use by Amazon for managing talent at workplace.
 To examine the issues faced by Amazon because of high employee turnover at their workplace.
 To evaluate relationship between talent management and reduction of high employee turnover.

Project Management Plan
A plan is a process which is divided into several
stages to complete a certain activity or a task. Hence,
a project management plan is defined as a procedure
which involves a process, research techniques and
numerous methods of collecting data, and these all
revolves around one aspects that is the aim and
agenda of the project. The main components of the

Conclusion and Recommendation
In aspects to the discussion conducted and the mentioned information in the project above there
are certain areas which needs improvements in Amazon in regards to their Talent Management
strategies and actions. Hence, to begin with a key recommendations for the brand is in relation to
their motivation plans and practices. The company needs to be more keen and precise while
encouraging and uplifting employees morals. In order to do so Amazon management can include
more strategies and actions to keep staff motivated. Another suggestion to Amazon is related to
its training and development category, the management requires to be more effectively indulged
in keeping knowledge and skills upgraded in order to make sure of their competences and raise
organisational competitiveness in regards to the keep it growing and successful.

Reflection
 I am glad that I got an opportunity to complete a research on the
major topic of talent management.
 With the help of my knowledge and skills I got huge benefits
when I was working within this research and I was also analysing
the concepts of talent-management in the background of Amazon.
