Conclusion and Recommendation In aspects to the discussion conducted and the mentioned information in the project above there are certain areas which needs improvements in Amazon in regards to their Talent Management strategies and actions. Hence, to begin with a key recommendations for the brand is in relation to their motivation plans and practices. The company needs to be more keen and precise while encouraging and uplifting employees morals. In order to do so Amazon management can include more strategies and actions to keep staff motivated. Another suggestion to Amazon is related to its training and development category, the management requires to be more effectively indulged in keeping knowledge and skills upgraded in order to make sure of their competences and raise organisational competitiveness in regards to the keep it growing and successful.
Reflection I am glad that I got an opportunity to complete a research on the major topic of talent management. With the help of my knowledge and skills I got huge benefits when I was working within this research and I was also analysing the concepts of talent-management in the background of Amazon.
