and headquartered in Washington, United
States. It is one of the leading technology
company with four of its competitors in the
United States that are Google, Apple,
Microsoft and Facebook. Along side
Amazon has diversified portfolio with a
huge market share around the globe.

Aims and Objectives
PROJECT AIM
Main aim of this project is “To identify the significance of talent management in reduction
of high employee turnover at workplace”. A study on Amazon
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
To determine the significance of talent management at workplace of Amazon.
To explore ways that will be use by Amazon for managing talent at workplace.
To examine the issues faced by Amazon because of high employee turnover at their workplace.
To evaluate relationship between talent management and reduction of high employee turnover.

stages to complete a certain activity or a task. Hence,
a project management plan is defined as a procedure
which involves a process, research techniques and
numerous methods of collecting data, and these all
revolves around one aspects that is the aim and
agenda of the project. The main components of the

Scope, Communication, Risk and Resources
