INTRODUCTION
The project aims at determining the types of new initiative and innovative ways of working
did company do in place to achieve talent management objectives (Scavarda, and et.al., 2019).
Talent management is the process of retaining and increasing productivity of the employees for
long time so that there could be reduction in employee’s turnover rate. The organisation which is
taken in this report is Google. This report covers project aims and objectives and project plan.
Then it includes small scale research, then there is a data interpretation and recommendation and
conclusion made for the resaerch.

determines the successful completion of the project. It is a type of document that is to be
developed in order to organised particular manner of project. It consists of various stages that is
initiation, planning, monitoring, controlling. There are some of the elements which are
considered in project management plan these are discussed below:

books and journals and primary research is carried out through a survey in which 25 respondents

Communication: The communication channel must be strong in order to conduct this
research in this both written and oral communication is being used by investigator to collect data
and information. in this researcher is doing written communication through literature review and
practical information can be collected through employees filled responses.
Risk: Risk is decided for every project. It is the major part for completion of the project. It is
associated with financial resources, lack of interest of people and lack of gaining accurate

to retain employees for long time. There is a use of project management plan which is made by
investigator to carry out all the activities in effective manner. Further there is a use of Gantt chart
and WBS to complete research on time. There are research methods such as primary and
secondary methods are being used by me to collect data and information. By this I will be able to
enhance my communication and time management skill. As by conducting deep analysis I will
be able to get more knowledge about new ways of talent management that can be used in a
company as well. So, it is being recommended to the company that they should more focus on
employees’ motivation and provide them effective training so that they could retain in the
organisation for long time.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from above that talent management is very important for the company. By
using the research investigator will be able to accomplish project aims and objectives. If
company is using best talent management strategies, then they could gain competitive advantage
in the market and among competitors also.
