It is a British multinational organisation which is operating its function in in British environment(Janssens, 2019). Overview of the Organisation: Tesco is the British multinational organisation which is operating its business at global level and providing its services in different countries. It was founded by jack Cohen in 1919. Tesco is a multinational organisation which provides number of products and services to the customer which is related to groceries, clothing and many other. It is a little multinational super joint which is using appropriate strategies in order to effectively use the talent management concept and increase the skills and competency of employees.. Project aim: “To identify the importance of talent management strategies for attracting and retaining talented people”.A study based on Tesco Objectives of the project: To Developing a knowledge about the concept of talent management. To identify different strategies which can be used by organisation to manage the talent To identification of ways to retain the talent within the organisation.To examining different ways which can be used by organisation to attract the talented employees and retaining them for a longer period of time. It is essential for organisation to identify an appropriate system which consists of different components. Prior to this research, knowledge about the concept of talent management is very low. in order to identify various aspects of talent management I used to be part of this research so that I can understand different concept of talent management and improve my knowledge and ability to manage the talent that my future career.
